Reloaded will not update please help

I haven't been able to update for a while and I'm at my wits end, all I get is this "Unknown error" and this a pic of the version of it or whatever else is there

Drag and drop the latest https://github.com/Reloaded-Project/Reloaded-II/releases/download/1.29.6/Release.zip over your existing Reloaded, files, replacing all files.
