Should I release version 0.99.4 now?

I think so. I have a working version for lsp-rename, but I have to add more tests to make sure this is not breaking code by renaming things it should not. I have used it for 2 days so far and have not found issues. I can push a first draft, maybe tomorrow or Tuesday. Better to wait to release? I think this is the last important lsp features we are missing.
