Visual glitches / missing resources (?)

I found some visual glitches, likely related to DPI settings:

So I tried to compile the project, but I got the following error message:

For enable icons please extract ico.rar files in subfolders of Project

In above connection string, data source is given as Data Source ={0} what does it mean?
