I made a jupyter notebook to study the new (version 2) algorithm of the same game. https://github.com/soilstack/Crash-Analysis
I forked yours so that I could make a "pull request" to your project to give you the notebook, but it hasn't seemed to work, and I'm really crap at driving git.
Anyway, the only step of your original analysis I couldn't duplicate was figuring out the analytical solution to the EV of the new algorithm. Not sure if there is a way to classify this as a standard distribution that has formulas for ev etc.
