can't disable scroll when on last panel

if scroll quickly, delegate methods will no be called, and entry home directly. How to disable scroll function when display last panel?

Comment out [self appendCloseViewAtXIndex:&panelXOffset]; in MYBlurIntroductionView and method is buildScrollViewLeftToRight.
