Language Localization not complete or consistent

Hello I love your tool and slowly gettting to understand how powerful it can be. Unfortunately to fully explore the tool I am finding that the language localization is not consistent. Although am switched to English I do get chinese characters. I would be happy to help further if needed as I really love your other tool. Memo ( I have four licences...lol).

Here's an example of what I've encountered.
