Help overlay for first time users

To explain basic features some introduction as an overlay on first launch of the app would be helpful. (see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10216937/how-do-i-create-a-help-overlay-like-you-see-in-a-few-android-apps-and-ics#10217050 )

• explain "Task" and "Recording" terminology
• explain hierarchical tasks
• explain swype gestures for easy use
• explain context aware suggestions (and how to deactivate notifications in the settings)
