Image swipe and snap-to-grid on Core 2 touchscreen?

I would like to implement music navigation with album art on the Core 2, simply swiping the covers from left to right and have them snap to grid. Like we are swiping photos on our smartphones. Is that possible with Core2ez? Or will it be possible in the future?
