"Stream read error" when editing an .con file created with the OG ConEdit

After some tests, it only happens with an older .con file I create a a while ago with the OG ConEdit, but not fresh files made with the OG.

1. Open old .con with ConEditPlus.

2. Save, no need for edits.

3. Close and re-open file with ConEditPlus.

4. Error "Stream read error"

5. Error when closing ConEditPlus, only after Stream read error happens

I can't attach the .con files but I put screenshots of the errors.

I see the reading error (broken file or slightly different format?) and memory leak on the screenshots, but I need the files, to see what is going on in the debugger.
