tube: replace

Laser tube is only drawing 6mA at most. It should draw more like 26-28mA. It needs replacing.

Fortunately, similar tubes that are specced for the same power supply are available, and we've ordered one. It is due to arrive 2024-10-07.

So this issue is mostly just a checklist:

• receive laser tube
• verify compatibility of tube with LPS
• remove old laser tube; reserve for future art project
• install new laser tube in device
• connect the connections (e^- and H₂O)
• test fire with new tube

Tube arrived Friday, but it was already shattered in the box on my front porch. Fortunately, I took video of myself unboxing it where it sat. Amazon has agreed to a full refund for both the tube and the insurance, and initiated processing on those refunds. The refund goes final when they receive the parcel. I plan to reorder.

We have rumor of the new tube also not behaving, so I'm making up other potential failures.

Can someone check to see what the resistance across the high voltage leads is? They're a bit weird to measure with a standard meter, so don't assume that if they read something other than a dead short that they're bad.
