I'll probably start this and elaborate on what is needed for design later.

Remember as you go, if you find yourself using repeated HTML patterns you can create your own custom helpers in MVC many ways. Easiest one is to make static methods that return MvcHtmlString (which is simply HTML string), then call it in Razor with you regular HTML helper.

You can even get fancy and make it an extension method for the already existing HTML helper by making the first argument of your function "this HtmlHelper helper".
