This event has the ability to accept 100% off promo code, credit card (via stripe) and offline payment. I've applied the $ and % stripe charges to the event ticket. When someone selects pay offline (which would be cash or check for us) they are also assessed the stripe processing fees.
Those fees should only apply to electronic payment.
