spihelper emptied SRG when I was having internet connection troubles

SPI helper emptied SRG in this edit https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Steward_requests/Global&diff=prev&oldid=25255692. I was on the train and half way through the edit to SRG, the internet seemed to drop out for a bit. When I checked the edit that spihelper had made, it had emptied SRG. After re-trying on a more stable connection, it worked fine.

Perhaps spihelper should not save the SRG page if there is no content in the edit?

@Dreamy-Jazz Based on what looks like the responsible section of the code, there should always be content. Do you mean if Steward requests/Global itself is literally just totally empty (no page content) don't do anything? Or I guess if message is somehow null by the time we get to srgText.replace()?

Essentially, ensure that the code cannot completely blank SRG.
