Just FYI to those watching this tool, I have requested access to the tool as a maintainer, per the abandoned tool policy.

Be good to get some other maintainers onboarded too.

The adoption request was granted by the TSC; Sammy and I now have access. The repo has been forked to https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/toolforge-repos/bullseye, and open issues moved to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/board/7586/. There are no open human pull requests. This repo can be archived.
