FW Desktop - Require always on USB

Can the FW desktop support providing power when system is poweroff?
This function is provided in FW 13 (AMD 7040 version).

If the system can provide USB power during poweroff, it can provide the IPKVM such as PiKVM or nanoKVM for remote power on or remote access without another power adapter.
