Saving an edited picture with the original filename leaves the original (overwritten) version on display

Affected app version

1.13.1 is installed and has the bug, I found this bug in the version 1.0.

Affected Android/Custom ROM version

Andoid 16 is in use, I think it was android 10 on anohter phonen when I found this bug.

Affected device model

Now my main phone is Google Pixel 10 Pro XL. This bug is experiences on all of my phones tab tablettes.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Tap a picture into full screen.
2. Tap the Edit icon (pen).
3. Edit the picture, e.g. crop it.
4. Save the picture in such way that it is written over the original (that is, remove the "_1" from the end of the suggested filename).
5. Now the bug is visible: The original version of the picture, that no longer exists on the internal memory of the device, is shown on the display.

Expected behavior

After the save operation, the display should show the picture that was edited and saved.

Actual behavior

After the save operation, the display incorrectly shows the original picture that no longer exists on the internal memory of the device.
