Menu buttons disappearing on MODAPI load

So I loaded MODAPI and ran a few mods from the released mods section.

Worked fine.

Now today when I go to join a coop or single player game, the menu buttons on the game disappear from the screen when you mouse over them.

The "Join" buttons and "Back" buttons on Coop go away and the only way to exit is to crash the game via Alt+F4

For single player, if you use the mod, it works find but you cannot use inventory or ESC to a menu to quit.
