Feature Request: Configurable Commit Message Length in Generate Feature #517

I've noticed that the "Generate" feature for commit messages in Windsurf IDE truncates messages at around 200-250 characters. While I can manually edit the message to include all necessary details, it would be great to have a configuration option to adjust or remove this limit.
Current Behavior:
Clicking "Generate" creates a commit message
The message is cut off at approximately 200-250 characters
This happens even when the full message would be valid according to Git's limits
Desired Behavior:
Add a configuration option to set a custom maximum length for generated commit messages
Or, if possible, remove the truncation entirely and let Git's own validation handle message length
Workaround:
Currently, I need to manually edit the generated message to include all relevant details, which defeats some of the efficiency benefits of the generate feature.
