Doesn't work at all

When I install the .zip in the preferences menu and check the box to set the addon active, nothing shows up, the "eevr" tab doesn't appear, and if I close blender and open it again, the addon is unactive again, I don't know why this happens (I'm in blender 4.5.2).

I couldn't reproduce the issue... Are you sure the Render Engine is set to EEVEE?
