VDS: Add option to create a vds every other image #377
Description
eg. most recent I19-2 data collections were collected only moving phi every 2 images, collecting the oddd ones with laser on and even ones with laser off. In a case like this there should be one vds poinint to the laser on images and one to the laser off ones.
Note that the main axis values also need to be carefully set.
