[Feature Request] Make Custom head item shows on the gui menu

As the deluxemenu plugin we can add custom heads too. So make that we can see the head on the online editor. If we can see the item on the gui we will know that its working.

and add a gui saving on the devmc account. So when load shedding we can edit it any other time. When the electricity is back.

There will probably be support for player heads, but definitely not very soon. I have planned a lot of functionality that is needed "here and now". Regarding saving the menu to devmc account - I'm just working on this in a future update of the site.
