30 mins delay

Hi all, looks like from what we have been researching that there could be (or, most likely is) a 30 mins delay on the return of how much data a user has remaining on the operator side. I assume this is an issue, but how much? Is this something we can work with?

This is really strange. I get a SMS straight away when I have < 500mb left on my data plan. This seems like a QoS issue on the side of some operators: In Australia, Teltra will cut you off straight away if you try to exceed their pre-paid quota, so it seems strange that there would be a 30min delay between getting this information when they know immediately to block your access if you go over quota.
