Primed Pendant infinite blood draining

Short description:

If create a Primed Pendant and set Night Vision potion in the pendant, it drains 10 mb of blood every second even when Night Vision effect is already activated. Also, Instant Health potion drains blood even with 100% hp. I haven't check other potions.

Versions:

• This mod: 1.2.83-812
• Minecraft: 1.21.1
• Mod loader version: NeoForge 21.1.219

That's intended behaviour right now. I'll convert this into a feature request.

Something along those lines?

One more fact: Primed Pendant with Instant Heal heals even without blood :)
