[Feature Request] Audio-only sharing

Let's say I am not interested in sharing my movies/anime taste with people on discord, do you think it would be too much of a hassle to toggle on rich presence only if the currently played file is an audio file? You could handle it as an opt-in boolean option in the config file and auto ignore all played files with a video codec/stream (aka audio only).

the easiest way to do this right now is to put the script outside scripts/ and enable it manually in a profile
for example, by putting the script in a directory in the mpv config called music-scripts/ (the name is arbitrary)

scripts=~/.config/mpv/music-scripts/discord.lua

you can then automatically use the profile:

1. depending on the extension

profile=music

[extension.opus]
profile=music

[extension.wav]
profile=music

[extension.flac]
profile=music

[extension.ogg]
profile=music

2. depending on the path

[music]
# Will be enabled automatically if the absolute file path contains "Music"
