Ergonomics of manifest.json

• The CAMPAIGN_NO could be automatically generated. Currently it's just a surface for accidental collision. I don't think there's a usecase where one has two manifests that intentionally have the same CAMPAIGN_NO.
• The CAMPAIGN_KEY and CAMPAIGN_NAME could be merged into one and allow other characters outside of [a-zA-Z0-9].
