[New Feature]: Show Portraits (or Chiclets) of Active Conversations in Upper-Right Corner #222

Environment

Alchemy Beta 7.1.9.2516 (64bit)

Description

As the title reads, I'm seeking an option to have the portraits or "chiclets" of open and active conversations in the upper-right hand corner where the notification envelope would be, similar to Firestorm.

I am someone that likes to have a clear interface and close unused windows habitually. As such, I always close my Conversations window whether I'm actively chatting with someone or not. Should a contact or group message back and I've stepped away or ALT-tabbed for a few moments, I miss the message. In Firestorm, the chiclets in the upper-right hand corner will also contain a small number indicating how many messages are unread from that contact or group. This is quite similar to how an app would appear on your iPhone or other smartphone. When I return to my viewer, I can see these unread messages from those chiclets and know to check my conversations window. Without these chiclets, I miss too many (sometimes important) conversations, especially as I am involved in the management of a few events, brands, and otherwise.

This could potentially be a feature that may be toggled on or off. However, without this feature, I wouldn't be able to make Alchemy my preferred viewer as responding to chats in a timely manner is incredibly important for the organizations I manage and to myself.

Thank you for viewing!
