right click spam cannot click faster than just holding down mouse #100

Describe the bug
Cannot right click spam faster than once every 4 game ticks, even when setting to 0, 1, 2, or 3.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- just use the right click spam and set to 0 or 1.
Expected behavior
When setting to 0 expected it to click every game tick, clicks every 4 instead.
