Cannot change the temperature effects #228

Describe the bug
I would like to add, change or remove effects from the temperatures as its a vital part of my server. However every time I try to-do this, it just does not change the effects at all. Changing the config file doesn't seem to do anything, I can change the temperature at which an effect like heatstroke is added, but I cannot change the effects given. Even if I remove all the effects from it, within the game a player will still burn to death.
How to reproduce
Try to change the effects within the file temperature.yml, it simply doesn't change anything within the game itself.
For example removing "BURN:1" does not prevent the player burning in game but changing the value of heatstroke to "50" instead of "53" does change at which temperature the effects come into place.
I might be missing something here but if im not then I dont think ill be able to use this otherwise great plugin.
