Inaccurate death messages and missing 1.21 support #357

Describe the bug
Hi! I’m using Advanced Chat for my death messages, but I’m having an issue with PvP.
When one player kills another, the plugin displays the 'default' message (died under mysterious circumstances) instead of the specific 'pvp' messages defined in the config. Why is the plugin failing to recognize player-on-player kills even when using the specified weapons?
Also, do you plan on adding support for newer 1.21 damage types soon, such as deaths from the Mace, Wind Charges, etc.?

How to reproduce
Install AdvancedChat on a Paper 1.21.1 server.
Configure specific PvP death messages in the plugin's config.
Have one player kill another player using a sword or an axe.
Observe the chat: it displays "died under mysterious circumstances" instead of the custom PvP message.
Expected result:
The plugin should recognize the PvP kill and show the message defined in the config.
Actual result:
It fails to detect the damage cause and defaults to the "mysterious circumstances" message.
